Rosewell and team excelled at all phases of the project; planning, design, material selection, construction and inspection. Stan and team helped us explore the art of the possible, while advising on the practical. He demanded and delivered on quality fabrication and construction from sub contractors and made himself personally accessible during construction and personally accountable for the finished product.
As with any construction project, some delays were inevitable, budgets were tested and alterations were necessary. But, Stan and team took responsibility for those and always managed expectations effectively. Now we have a home addition we had always wanted and more.
