The Outer Banks Home Builders Association is a professional trade organization dedicated to informing, educating and promoting the members of the building industry. Commonly known as the OBHBA, we were officially chartered by the National Association of Home Builders in 1979 and grew from 37 people to our current 450 members. 2022 Outer Banks Seafood Festival

A locals favorite event, mark your calendars for the Outer Banks Seafood Festival. This annual event brings awareness and support to the commercial fishing industry in North Eastern North Carolina. 
More than just a foodie event, there are educational events brought to you by local waterman. Learn everything from how to shuck an oyster to what type of fish you catch with a gill net. There is live entertainment and local restaurants put their best seafood dishes forward for you to enjoy!
